We worked with UCLA health on this $1 million project for physician offices in Malibu. The job included physician examination rooms, an X-ray room and a comfortable waiting area. Five doctors practice in the 4,860-square-feet facility, which has a gorgeous ocean view.

This is a 12,671 square foot tenant improvement for UCLA Health. This facility in Encino is a cancer infusion site that also houses general medicine, X-Ray, Ultra Sound and Dermatology specialties.
