We completed a $1.2 million tenant improvement project for the Frank Clark Urology Center at 1260 15th Street in Santa Monica. The 6,700-square-foot project was completed while the building was occupied. This is one of our specialties. We work with our clients to have minimal disruptions to their work while we do our work.
