Medical Build

We are working on a medical project to serve the community’s medical and dental needs in a low-income neighborhood in Los Angeles. This is a first-generation build out of a raw shell for Saint John’s at 1060 Exposition Boulevard. Approximately 5,000 square feet will be devoted to a medical office and 2,100 square feet to a dental office.  Abode Architecture is the architect. Kevin McLean is the project manager and Fred McGinn is the supervisor. We expect completion this spring.
