Building in History

We are doing a complete renovation and restoration of an historic brick and wood building that includes seismic upgrades, an elevator addition and new rooftop dining. This renovation at the Jewel Building on West 87^th Street in Westchester will result in a bookstore and restaurant.  Approximately 7,500 square feet will be renovated for our client, Drollinger Properties. We are working with RW and A Architecture.  Kevin McLean is the project manager and Ariel Rio is the supervisor. We expect completion this fall.
