There’s a beautiful shopping center renovation going on in North Hollywood and we are at the center of it. A beautiful 18,400 square feet building will house Chipotle and Blaze Pizza.

This is part of a revamped shopping center called Victory Plaza. Petco is also undergoing some major tenant improvements as the whole center gets a facelift.

It is a $4.5 million project with Kornwasser as the owner and Kevin McLean as our project manager with Mark Bray as the site superintendent.
