We have begun an 11,950 square feet expansion of a Los Angeles County Department of Mental Health expansion at 631 South Maple Avenue. We have worked closely with the Department of Mental Health on several projects. This is a $1.9 million expansion.

Another DMH job we just finished involved tenant improvements of 33,000 square feet at the facility in Covina. This was a $2.8 million expansion and Kevin McLean was the project manager on both jobs.
