We recently completed work on a $1 million project for physician offices in Malibu. The three-month job includes physician examination rooms, an X-ray room and a comfortable waiting area. The tenant is the UCLA Health, which has been expanding its reach.

Five doctors will practice in the 4,860-square-feet facility, which has a gorgeous ocean view.

We are happy to have been selected by UCLA to work with them on several of their projects.
