We are completing a tenant improvement project for the Gnomon School of Visual Effects.

This project is on the ground floor of the parking garage we are building in Hollywood. The total scope of the project is 3,500 square feet.

Gnomon School of Visual Effects is an accredited training institution, that offers artistic and technical training for careers in the visual effects and games industries. Founded in 1997 by Alex Alvarez, Gnomon is based in Hollywood.
