Parker Brown recently completed a 6,631-square-foot tenant improvement project supporting UCLA Health’s expansion of its sleep care services at 4343 Lankersheim in the San Fernando Valley. The new clinic includes eight sleep rooms—two of them dedicated pediatric rooms—along with an ultrasound room and a procedure room for varicose vein treatments.
UCLA Health’s sleep care clinics provide comprehensive evaluation and treatment for patients experiencing sleep disturbances. These facilities play an important role in identifying successful therapies for both adults and children, and serve as a referral center for diagnosing and managing a full range of sleep disorders. The clinics also offer education for healthcare professionals and the broader community, helping raise awareness about sleep health and the impact of sleep-related conditions.
Our team delivered a functional, comfortable environment that supports UCLA’s clinicians and enhances the patient experience. We’re proud to help UCLA Health continue meeting the growing need for specialized sleep care in the region.
