We are so excited that the Los Angeles Business Journal awarded Parker Brown its Gold Award in the health sciences/medical category for our project for Adventist Health in Simi Valley. It was our first major collaboration with Adventist. The 7,000 square feet, $1.8 million project included 20 exam rooms, private offices, reception, restrooms, a blood draw area, and a lounge. Highlights included custom Pulp Studio glass, wood slate ceilings, and image wall coverings. PBI managed a full building power upgrade alongside a concurrent roofing project and elevator upgrades. New rooftop HVAC units were installed for improved efficiency. Despire the complexity, Parker Brown completed the project within six months.
