🏢 Renovation of the 26,700 S.F. tilt-up building, including 1,901 S.F. of new office space and 24,799 S.F. of warehouse.

🅿️ Replacing all parking with 6.5″ concrete.

🚚 Adding a new 21-truck covered loading dock.

💧 Installing a 2,600 Gallon Cistern storage tank for rainwater irrigation.
