Kickin Fish and Chicken ( KFC) is a national franchise with more than 30 facilities on the East Coast.
This is the first one to open in the Los Angeles area. The original space was a spa. For Parker Brown, converting that spa to restaurant space was very challenging due to the age of the existing structure and the very limited footprint. The interior design elements and the huge mural are quite unique and give the small space a huge and dramatic feeling.
Despite all the hurdles, the space opened in December and is doing a great trade. The restaurant is at 8622 S. Sepulveda.
Parker Brown does outstanding work in the restaurant space and would love to do more.
