Construction of two ground up structures is under way at 9171 DeSoto Ave. in Chatsworth. Parker Brown is working once again with Kids from the Valley LLC.

The first building is 8,815 square feet and the second is 6,572 square feet. Due to proposed usage, one building is block and the other is wood framed. This $3 million job should be completed in October this year.

The project manager on DeSoto Square is Kevin McLean and the architect is Mark Bennick.
