We are doing an open concept with modern specifications for Bantry Holdings LLC at 20570 Ventura Boulevard #140 in Woodland Hills. This 2,740 spec suit buildout is the first of its kind in his building and the owner hopes to generate a higher rental rate with this kind of build.

The project cost $230,000 and project manager is Tony Coffey. Jeff Myers is on site.
