We recently completed a 6,400 square foot remodel of the Adams, Ferrone & Ferrone Law Office in Westlake Village at a cost of $425,309.
The owner occupied the office while we phased in the remodel that included an expansion of the space that doubled their previous square footage. The buildout of the new spaces included a new grand entrance into their space, which features a large u-shaped stone reception countertop, a glass wall separating the conference room, a new large filing room, and break room. In addition to the build out of the expansion space, we also upgraded all finishes in their existing space.
