From the minute they sign on to a project, they take ownership of it."

Parker Brown Inc. is proud to announce that our Los Angeles Police Federal Credit Union headquarters renovation project has received a Gold Award from the Valley Commercial Real Estate Awards, presented by Valley Business magazine.

The award recognized the final phase of a multi-year headquarters transformation completed in partnership with LAPFCU and RACAIA Architects. Spanning approximately 7,760 square feet across two floors, the project included executive suites for the CEO, COO, CIO, and administrative staff, along with renovated facilities offices and a redesigned receiving area.

The work was delivered within a fully occupied and operational headquarters environment, requiring careful phasing and coordination to allow daily operations and member services to continue uninterrupted throughout construction. The final phase also demanded close integration with previously completed work to maintain consistency in finishes, systems, and overall design intent across the headquarters campus.

In addition to the architectural and operational upgrades, the renovation incorporated energy-efficient LED lighting, occupancy sensors, and coordinated mechanical and electrical improvements designed to support long-term operational efficiency and occupant comfort.

Parker Brown is grateful to LAPFCU, RACAIA Architects, and the entire project team for the collaboration and trust that made this recognition possible. We appreciate the opportunity to help deliver a modernized workplace that supports the credit union’s long-term mission and service to its members and community.
