From the minute they sign on to a project, they take ownership of it."

Robin Platt, Cushman & Wakefield

Parker Brown General Contractors completed a multi-floor tenant improvement for the UniHealth Foundation headquarters, delivering a modernized workplace designed to support collaboration, mission-driven work, and long-term flexibility.

The project included the tenant improvement of three floors totaling 13,573 square feet, along with a comprehensive elevator upgrade. Interior improvements feature large conference rooms, private offices, and support spaces tailored to the operational needs of a foundation engaged in complex regional health initiatives.

UniHealth Foundation has spent more than two decades supporting nonprofit hospitals, clinics, and community-based health organizations across Southern California. The headquarters improvements were designed to reflect that purpose—creating a professional, welcoming environment that supports collaboration, strategic planning, and community impact.

Parker Brown worked closely with the project team to execute the buildout efficiently while maintaining quality and attention to detail throughout all three floors.
