Parker Brown Inc. is proud to have completed another successful project with UCLA Health at 150 North Orange Grove in Pasadena. This 14,000-square-foot facility, designed to support UCLA’s ophthalmology and plastics departments—including facial plastics and pediatric ophthalmology—was a full-scale build-out from a cold shell.
The project included a significant electrical service upgrade and was completed over the course of 12 months. Working within the specialized requirements of a medical facility, our team ensured that the space was built to the highest standards to support both pediatric and adult ophthalmology services.
