Parker Brown Inc. completed construction of a stunning two-story medical office building in Goleta for Cottage Health Corporation.

The two-story structure compliments an existing one-story medical diagnostic center. The building is more than 20,000 square feet.  Structural steep canopies over glass provide an inviting entrance.

Construction commenced in 2020 and the worldwide supply chain shortages affected the building’s timeline.

Marissa Skinner was the project manager for Parker Brown on the project.
