Parker Brown has developed a strong reputation as a fast and efficient quality builder of medical clinics and urgent care facilities, which have grown in popularity in recent years.

We recently completed another such facility. This time our client was the Cottage Clinical Network. We completed the 2,462-square-feet facility at 3885 State Street in Santa Barbara. This urgent care facility is open year-round and includes four exam rooms, a treatment suite and an X-Ray room.

We worked with the team at SWA Architects on the project.

Construction took place in an area next to apartment complexes. We are grateful to our neighbors for being so cooperative during the building process.
