UCLA Health has opened a new clinic in Montecito and Parker Brown is proud to have once again been selected as the contractor for a UCLA Health project.

We completed a gorgeous 3,400-square-feet job. The clinic contains eight exam rooms, two reception areas, break rooms, nurses’ stations and restrooms. These clinics are growing in popularity as more and more consumers prefer a medical option close to home in a smaller setting.

Drew Ryan was our project manager, assisted by superintendent Herb Mitchell. GP Architecture designed the project. H&R Santa Barbara Investments is the landlord.
