Another project we are working with the Elbar Group in Van Nuys is a 10,000 square feet tenant improvement project for FloQast, an accounting software vendor. This project has three conference room, a breakroom, three private offices, server and storage rooms with two additional restrooms.  The open office area has low partition walls with partial glass and birch finish. Bruce Bolander is the architect. Clay Preston is our project manager and Scott Bennett is the supervisor.
