Parker Brown is doing several jobs at The Arbors, an office campus in Thousand Oaks that was recently purchased by Felton Properties of Portland, Ore. We are upgrading two offices (one is 10,250 square feet and the other is 6,800 square feet. The work includes upgrades to the lighting fixtures, breakrooms, millwork and counter tops, paint and carpet. CBRE was the broker on the project and the architect is Michael Cessna of Neil K. Subic & Associates Architects.
In the same facility, we are also doing major renovations to the restroom and lobby. Most of this work will be completed next September. Clay Preston is our project manager and Mark Salter is our superintendent.
