I have known Parker Brown since the late ‘90s and I love working with them.   Their sense of urgency, dedication, and “client comes first” attitude is greatly appreciated. Most of all, I trust them and I’m confident my clients are in good hands with them.

Thanks to the Pacific Coast Business Times for mentioning Parker Brown in its write-up about the AmeriHomes move.

AmeriHome Mortgage, a national direct mortgage lender, moved its headquarters to Westlake Village from Woodland Hills and brought with it 350 employees on Sept. 1.

In May, the privately-held mortgage company leased 80,000 square feet at One Baxter Way in the former Baxter Healthcare building. The property underwent significant renovations by general contractor Parker Brown and interior planning and design firm Klawiter and Associates.

Richard Bright of Jones Lang LaSalle brokered the deal.

“We were under a huge time crunch,” he said, noting that contractors and the city of Westlake Village pulled together to complete the transition in under four months.

The $5.1 million build-out included conference rooms, a pantry and 500 desks, a spokesman for Parker Brown said. Because AmeriHome wanted to move quickly, the job was completed in just nine weeks.

Financial leasing terms were not disclosed.
