We were selected to do the tenant improvements at the Ferrari of Beverly Hills Service Center. This is an 11,598 square feet tenant improvement that includes an interior office build out of two floors with additional second floor offices and mezzanine.

The property owner is Redman Properties And the service center is owned by Servizio Rosso, LLC- Ferrari Beverly Hills Service. The architect is Laurence Allen Architecture. Drew Ryan is the project manager for Parker Brown and Eddie Castaneda is the superintendent for this job that we will complete this winter.
