Ventura’s Hill Street Library is looking good for readers after a tenant improvement job by Parker Brown.

Project manager Drew Ryan oversaw the  job on 4,487 square feet at the Ventura library at 1050 Hill Street. This is a beautiful creative open-space build out with exposed ceiling, as well as restroom upgrades and ADA access.

We worked with architects Shlemmer, Algaze Associates (SAA) and Omninet Capital on the project.
