We are completing a large tenant improvement project that will be occupied by Los Angeles County Child Support Services in Torrance.

Project Manager Drew Ryan is overseeing the 34,000-square-feet tenant improvement at 20221 Hamilton Avenue. The $1.5 million job includes new restrooms, lobbies, kitchens and structural infill.

Project Management Associates, Inc., is the client and Corbel Architects did the architectural work. The job is expected to be completed in mid-April. Our supervisor on the job is Dante Pugeda.
