We are wrapping up Berkshire Hathaway Beverly Hills and are starting on a Berkshire Hathaway Santa Monica project. A third Berkshire Hathaway project in Montecito is also getting underway. This is a 1,287 square feet addition to their existing branch at 1255 Coast Village Road at a cost of $153,000.

Tony Coffey is project manager on the job. Bob Fitzgerald is the superintendent.
