Music Group Services is moving offices and creating a second-floor sound stage at 9430 N. Topanga Avenue in Chatsworth. This is an $800,000, 10-square-feet tenant improvement job by Parker Brown. New owners bought the building and are making it over to their needs and liking.

Chris Collier is the project manager. Superintendent is Jeff Myers.
