Nicer Home for Sheriff’s Department

We are moving along well with the new 21,450 square feet tenant improvement for the Sheriff Department in Monrovia. This project will provide office space, training rooms locker / shower rooms and secure evidence rooms for staff at a cost just more than $1 million.

We are also providing new ADA access and parking and secured parking areas. This project will wrap up late September. Project manager is Kevin McLean. Superintendent is Fred McGinn.
