Department of Mental Health successfully moved into their new 11,950 square feet facilities on 631 S Maple Ave in Downtown Los Angeles and new 1,400 square feet satellite office at 611 S Maple Ave.

We continue to work on a new 3,200 square feet executive office space on Maple Ave for “Housing for the homeless” and will hand that space over in Mid-September.

Project manager is Kevin McLean. This is a $585,000 project. Superintendent is Fred McGinn.
