We are working for LA County Child Support Services, 20221 Hamilton Ave., on a 34,000 square foot tenant improvement project. The scope of work includes a 2nd floor infill, new reception area, offices, conference rooms and common area restrooms.

This project is valued more than $1.4 million with Drew Ryan as the Project Manager and Dante Pugeda as the Superintendent.
