We are scheduled to complete more than 6,100 square feet of industrial warehouse and office space for Rexford Industrial at 2370 and 2380 Eastman Avenue in Oxnard. This job consisted of splitting an existing warehouse space into two suites with new warehouses, restrooms, lighting, HVAC units and finishes. Our Relationship with Rexford Industrial continues to be mutually beneficial and we look forward to a bright future with them.
