We are completing a very attractive tenant improvement project for the law firm Lewis, Marenstein, Wicke, Sherwin & Lee in Woodland Hills.
The remodel of this 16,161 square foot office includes electric lift millwork desks, 3-form panels, veneer paneling, wallcovering, and stone. We phased this job so the tenant could remain in the office. The value of the project is $1 Million.
We also are working on another law office remodel at Adams, Ferrone & Ferrone in Westlake. This is an office expansion and remodel of 8,180s square feet.
We are building out new file rooms, conference rooms, offices and reception area. The project is valued at $415,000.
