We have two jobs ongoing for the Los Angeles County Department of Mental Health.

We recently began working on a 33,000-square-feet tenant improvement job in Covina. This $2.2 million job qualifies as a complete tenant improvement job, including office upgrades, replacing restrooms and improving all basic conditions. This remodel will bring the project into compliance with Title 24, the state’s energy-efficiency code for buildings.

We have also started working on another Department of Mental Health remodel in Torrance. This 10,000 square-feet job is around $800,000.
