Shopping centers are in a competitive business and a face-lift is just the ticket for Victory Plaza Shopping Center, which is undergoing a façade remodel. This $4 million job is a complete remodel of the existing structure to house a new Chipotle and a remodel of an existing 4,500-square-feet remodel existing building for a new tenant.

This job also involves demolition of an existing 15,000-square-feet building and erecting an 18,500-square-feet ground-up building. It will have a Petco and a future tenant.

This major job started two months ago and will finish in March 2017.
