We are building a new garage structure and infrastructure at the Marina del Rey boatyards. Major improvements include a 16-stall single-story garage. The job includes new restrooms and complete infrastructure overhaul, including a sprinkler system and domestic water.

The owner is preparing to replace the docks. This $2 million job started a month ago and will be completed by the end of the year.
