We are working with Calavo out of Santa Paula on a 35,710-square-feet project. Calavo is an international consumer goods and farm products company. The company packages, and distributes avocados and other fruits, as well as their fresh prepared food to restaurants, stores, and individual customers worldwide.

This is a ground-up project including sitework and landscaping. We are happy to be working again with a longtime friend, architect Neil Subic.
