We are glad that our friends at CBRE experienced such a stellar year. We have partnered with the CBRE team on many tenant improvement projects. One of our specialties at Parker-Brown is quickly turning around what was Company X’s office space and turning it into what Company Y wants. Our team works quickly and on-budget to deliver the results the client wants. We are often asked to do tenant improvements while the current business operations proceed as usual. That’s not a problem for us. We work while you work.
