Two Children and Family Services projects

We are working with the Los Angeles County Department of Children and Family Services in Covina.

The job calls for major improvements to a 30,000 square feet facility that cares for foster children and children involved in family emergencies. We need to upgrade 10 restrooms to compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act.

The job will be completed in December and is supervised by project manager Kevin McLean.

We are also commencing work on another Los Angeles County Department of Children and Family Services in Culver City. This Tenant Improvement project is approximately 40,000 square feet and entails upgrading the entire HVAC system, adding restrooms and reconfiguring the overall layout of the space to better accommodate staff and clients.
