We are happy to partner with UCLA Health as it continues to build facilities in Ventura County.

We recently finished a medical build out for UCLA Health in Simi Valley at 2655 First Street. This 4,400-square-feet job is a first-generation medical build-out. We finished the job in about seven weeks at a cost of $630,000. Owner of the building is Scheu Development Co.
