its doors at 14141 Ventura Boulevard in Sherman Oaks.

This was a first generation tenant build-out job at a cost

of more than $350,000. The project took approximately

three months and was our first job with this client.

The space is home to dozens of top real estate agents for the San Fernando Valley.
