Parker Brown Inc. is pleased to announce that we have been selected to build the Gold Coast Surgical Center. This facility of nearly 10,000 square feet is located at 2927 De La Vina Street in Santa Barbara. The surgical center has three operating rooms and the contract totals nearly $2 million. We are pleased to work with Raymond Fox & Associates architects on this project.

Parker Brown has done a number of medical projects in recent years, building a great reputation in this importance niche. In 2012, we finished a major tenant improvement project for UCLA Health Center in Thousand Oaks and another major remodel for Southern California Orthopedic Institute.
