From the minute they sign on to a project, they take ownership of it."

Armando Guillen Jr. likes problem-solving. His favorite part of working at Parker Brown is dealing with a problem by asking, “How can we make this work or what alternative can I use to make it happen?”

A four-year veteran of Parker Brown, he still is amazed by the team’s ability to take a project “from looking like nothing to looking totally professional.”  He was born in Mission Hills. Armando and his wife, Jaqueline, have two girls: Sophia and Julia. Before joining Parker Brown, Armando worked for UPS, at golf courses and in maintenance at a local school.
