Goleta

Parker Brown, Inc., recently completed a tenant improvement project for a Client at its Medical Office Building in Goleta, California. The scope included a full buildout of the second floor and a partial buildout of the first floor within the existing two-story facility.
Parker Brown originally delivered the ground-up shell construction of this medical office building in 2022, and was pleased to return to support the next phase of its evolution.
The first floor was designed to support a wellness program and includes classroom and conference space, consultant offices, and staff support areas. The second floor houses a new primary care clinic, featuring 26 exam rooms, consultation rooms, offices, and medical assistant workspaces.
The interior reflects a high level of finish and attention to detail, with custom wood finishes throughout the second-floor waiting and reception areas, as well as curved wood features at the MA stations. The result is a warm, functional clinical environment that supports both patients and care teams.
