Parker-Brown, Inc. is nearing completion on a six-story parking garage in Hollywood.

The 144,000-square-foot parking garage is in Television Center. The project includes the garage with 416 parking spaces, a surface parking lot with 322 parking spaces and approximately 12,500 square feet of new commercial space. Architect on the project is Steven Turkel.

The project is scheduled to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2013.
