Parker Brown Inc. was happy to be involved with another beautiful project for Bermant Development. This unique 37,700 building in Goleta, CA went through a total transformation with bold new colors and finishes, inside and out.

Work included: extensive seismic upgrades, complete re-roof, skylights, exterior paint and landscaping, 10,000 sf. of new office space, 21,600 sf. of divisible, R&D / manufacturing & warehouse, 600 sf. shipping & receiving, with the remaining 5,500 sf. spread throughout large corridors, common, conference, break and restrooms, which make for a pleasant working environment.
