Parker Brown provided preconstruction and construction services for the Regency Medical Building in Southern California. The two-story facility of approximately 80,000 square feet required modernization and renovation.

The design includes light sensors to reduce energy consumption, an energy recovery system and CO2 monitoring. Low VOC paints were also used on the building to promote a healthier working environment.

Perhaps the greatest challenge of this project was managing multiple looks of the individual offices while maintaining an overall sense of unity.
