da Vinci Dental Studio Labs is moving its headquarter to Corporate Pointe West Hills and Parker Brown is building out some new space for this premiere company.
The final project of some 17,000 square feet will consist of open work areas, eight private offices, a casting and milling shop, reception/waiting room, two conference rooms, a breakroom and space for IT and storage. Parker Brown Project Manager Clay Preston and Superintendent Scott Bennett will be in charge of a scope of work that includes demolition, framing/drywall, doors/frames/hardware, glazing, MEP, stainless steel millwork/counter tops, plastic laminate millwork/ counter tops, flooring, paint and structural steel. We will also build a roof top equipment screen wall to accommodate the Supplemental AC units, Air Compressor and exhaust fans.
Wolcott Architecture did the design with Kleinfelder, formerly Simon Wong, as the engineer.
